Shish Mediterranean Cuisine is a quick service restaurant specializing in healthy and wholesome Mediterranean food featuring fresh ingredients at an affordable price. We offer a wide variety of food from the Mediterranean region. We serve large entrees featuring traditional kabobs, cooked on skewers, over a flame broiler as well as sandwiches and regional salads. All of the entrees and sandwiches are served with a choice of side from an extensive list of options,including a red pepper hummus that is to die for.
The owner Sam Martirossians has been in the restaurant business for over fifteen years and is familiar with a wide range of cuisine including many Mediterranean and Persian delights. These delights are frequently featured as daily specials for our clients to enjoy. Having cut his teeth as managing owner of a fast food style Kabob restaurant at one of the San Fernando Valley area malls Sam decided to move out on his own and enjoy a greater sense of culinary freedom. His mixture of tasty food and great service lead to an excellent dining experience whether you eat in the restaurant or take your order to go.
Shish also offers free local delivery and curbside pick up to accommodate the busy schedules of our patrons. With a large delivery radius we service the delivery and catering needs of the residents, businesses, and the many studios in the area, with our food often arriving in 30 minutes or less. We offer a complete catering menu with hot and fresh platters featuring all of our meat selections and generously portioned salads at very reasonable prices to meet the needs of any party or office meeting. Lavash wrap platters are another healthy and tasty finger food alternative to the same old catering conundrum. We also offer on-site catering with skewers cooked over an open flame right in front of you and your guests. We strive to accommodate any special requests for our catering clients including hard to find Mediterranean and Persian style sauces and stews.
